At Jeff's Food Adventure, we will be visiting locally owned dives and dinners and what I call mom and pop restaurants. A little about myself, I have been in the medical field for 42 years, but have always had the desire for the food industry. I graduated from the Rouxbe culinary school in 2000. Not wanting to own a restaurant, I wanted to visit small restaurants and get to know the people who operate them. So take this journey with me and hopefully we will find some hidden gems off the beaten path, and enjoy some wonderful meals
